Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@lauranza.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 2–4 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above €50.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached. See our Return policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Use our return form and follow the instructions. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
