Return policy

Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

• The item is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached.
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Excluded are personalised items and, for hygiene reasons, sealed products whose seal has been broken.

How to return

Register your return via our return form or via contact@lauranza.com, quoting your order number. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

After receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.
